Our Mission
At Modern Athlete Sport Therapy, LLC our goal is to provide first class care for your sports medicine needs. We focus on personalized injury management to recharge your body. The increasing demands of sports can led to overuse injury and burnout. We help provide care to recovery, recharge and refuel and get you at your best.
My Background
With over a decade of experience as an athletic trainer at Boston College, I was tasked with helping many student athletes manage a variety of sports injuries. I want to bring a very high standard of care for the active population and youth/club sports and travel teams.
Our Approach
We place a strong emphasis on using manual therapy techniques to restore your body and increase your performance. Sports massage, cupping, dry needling treatment and instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization are available.
Our Facilities
At Modern Athlete Sport Therapy we want to provide ways your body can recharge so that you can get to the next level. We create an on-site recovery lounge equipped with Normatec compression boots, massage guns, portable heat/vibration units and tools to support your recovery.
